Hey everyone:
I decided to repeat my previous workout because I thought it was so much fun. Once again the same modifications were in place but this time I really focused on improving my form (happy crab especially) and increasing my speed (over/unders).
This is a great workout. It goes by quickly but leaves you sweating and tired. :)
I am a little stressed out now that the semester is wrapping up. I am presenting at a conference in a week and like most grad students I consistently doubt my abilities to perform. Public speaking has never been on my list of "things I enjoy" and the fact that my panel consists of fully tenured profs (the likes of whom I should probably be citing) coupled with the fact that my presentation isn't based on empirical research... pretty much scares the crap out of me.
I will be giving a performance to my teddy bears over the weekend. I hope they're kinder critics than next week. :P
(I am, however, really looking forward to visiting D.C. The idea of checking out Washington really excites me. And I think I've found the workout for the week!)
