Fitness: Day 5 (Bodyrock.tv Extreme 15 Minute Routine)

Wednesdays are my weekends. Or at least they should be. I am usually so exhausted between Tuesday and Thursday I don't know my own name.  Unfortunately this usually results in me skipping a workout.

I was determined only to skip one though, so I returned to a quick (but intense) 15 minute challenge. 

I repeated the Extreme 15 Minute Routine I've done twice before.  Once again, this consists of the following:

15 reps of the snowboarder
15 v-crunches
 
1 round consists of both exercises.
 

1st attempt: 11 rounds in 15 min
2nd attempt: 8 rounds in 10 minutes
3rd attempt: 11 rounds in 15 minutes

:)  Tonight I'm going for the 600 rep killer.

    I have been feeling super nauseous since Thursday. I did my Thursday workout Friday morning(ish) and ended up missing Friday though I'd planned to do the 600 rep then.

    I will try to give it a go today. Yesterday was a lot of sitting in dark, quiet places. :s

    I have really been enjoying your audioblogs. I like the new feature!

    The new workout Zuz posted today looks like fun. I really do need to get that bar...and a kettlebell (or some other weight).
