Fitness: Day 1 (Bodyrock.tv Fierce Body Routine)

I started keeping track of this on my computer then realized that I'd probably be more likely to record it if I did it via the blog...so here I go.

The fact of the matter is, this isn't the "first" day, but I figured I'd start recording everything today. Today was the first day my bf gave Bodyrock a go, too... Suffice it to say, we're more exhausted after 15 min of this than an hour at the gym.

Yay!

The routine consists of four rounds of the following:
1.Jump Squats With Diagonal Touch Down – 20 reps (alternating sides)
2. Skater – 15 reps on each leg
3. Reptile – 20 reps (alternating legs)
4. One Leg Hop Kick – 20 reps (alternating sides)

We got through three rounds in 14:35.
The first time I did this I got through two rounds in about twenty. :P
